Donald S. Tingley 92, passed away after a short illness on Tuesday, August, 25 2015. He was predeceased by; his parents, Glenn and Naomi Tingley, Sisters Eleanor Tingley and Maxine Tingley Condon. He is Survived by his; wife of 71 years, Mildred McKinley Tingley; Three children, Eleanor (John) Burke, William (Jean – Deceased) Tingley, Donna (Thomas) Cloehour;  grandsons, Jeffery (Rose) Tingley, David (Amy) Burke, Brian Tingley, Matthew(Maegan) Colehour, and one precious grand daughter Karen Colehour; Two Great -grandchildren, Kiley Burke, Mikayla Colehour; Several nieces, nephews; as well as great nieces and great nephews; and cousins.

    He was a life long member of the First United Methodist Church of New Milford, Pa. Donald served as a Staff Sargeant in the United States Army Air Corp during WWII serving in the European and Asian Campaigns. He retired from IBM in 1984 after 28 years of employment. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Masons Lodge # 338of Hallstead, PA for 71 years achieving the 32nd Degree. Donald was a handyman, Jack of All Trades, collector of tools, all proudly painted red. He will be dearly missed by all of those whose lives her touched. The family will receive Friends  at Savage Funeral Home 338-344 Conklin Ave Binghamton, Ny on Friday August 28 2015 from 5:00pm to 7:00pm. Services will be held on Staurday August 29, 2015 at 11:00am with Rev. Jayne M. Pykus officiating at Savage Funeral Home.
