Jorie A Ftorek

Jorie Ann Ftorek, 62, of Binghamton NY and Needham, MA passed away on Tuesday, September 25, 2018. Jorie was at home and suffered a heart attack; she slipped away quietly with her dog Lexi by her side.  Jorie was an LPGA teaching pro at Endwell Greens Golf Club and the coach of the Binghamton High School Golf Team.

Jorie’s immediate family includes brother Steve and wife Tess, brother Robbie and wife Wendy, nieces and nephews Sam and Misty, Lucie and Chris, Casey and Katie; great nieces and nephews Ariana, Savo, Mason, Maslin, Silas and Bayley. She will be missed by special friends Patti, Chris, Jere, Betty and Janet, her Breast Cancer support group and the “Ftorek Fanatics”. A breast cancer survivor of 22 years, Jorie was a supporter of Lourdes Foundation, Mission in Motion, and Traci’s Hope. She raised money for these foundations each year at her annual end of the year ‘Ftorek Finale” golf tournament.

Jorie was a shinning light to her students, her golf team and her family and friends. There will be a celebration of life service in Needham, MA on October 11, 2018 and one to follow at Endwell Greens November 11, 20018 from 11am until 3pm.
