Abram Haberle “Abe”, 86, of Hallstead, PA, passed away peacefully on Monday, April 14, 2025. Born on December 10, 1938, in Hatfield, PA, Abe was the beloved son of the late Herbert and Katherine (Wittner) Haberle Sr.
Abe was a dedicated entrepreneur, owning various businesses ranging from construction to stone quarries. He found joy in sitting on the porch, watching sunsets with his wife of 62 years, Diane, also enjoyed hunting and building things . Abe proudly served in the United States Marine Corps, enlisting in January 1957 and honorably discharged in June 1957. Together, Abe and Diane lived in several places across Bucks County and Susquehanna County, Pennsylvania.
Abe is survived by his sons: Douglas Haberle (Michelle) of Quakertown, PA; Brian Haberle (Cathy) of Quakertown, PA; Rodney Haberle of Hallstead, PA; and Jeffrey Haberle (Colleen) of Reedsville, WV. He was a proud grandfather to Jackie, Krystil, David, Katelyn, Michael, Samantha, Daniel, Nathan, Brielle, and Jonathan, and a loving great-grandfather to Kaleb, Tristan, Kayden, Lillian, Aedyn, Ava, Adalena, Aiden, Alivia, Arabella, Charlotte, and Dominic.
Abe was predeceased by his loving wife, Diane Haberle, with whom he shared 62 wonderful years of marriage.
