Alfred Beers

Alfred O. Beers, 79, of Binghamton passed away peacefully December 1, 2025.  He is survived by his loving spouse of 40 years, Brian; siblings Bruce & Bernadine Beers, Marilyn & Dan Gilfillan, Dale & Paula Beers, Ed & Gale Beers; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Al enjoyed spending time with his dogs Shelby & Lucy, reading, listening to music. He will be sorely missed by all who knew him. Al graduated from Geneseo and BCC with a degree in Arts & Science, he served honorably overseas in the US Army and attained the rank of Sergeant, then he went to work for NYSEG and retired as an Administrator after many years of service.

Funeral services will be private, the family will welcome friends Tuesday December 9, 2025 from 3 to 4:30 pm at SAVAGE-DeMarco Funeral Service 338-344 Conklin Ave Binghamton, NY 13903. Please express condolences at http://www.SavageFS.com.  Burial will be private in the family plot at Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers please consider a donation in Al's name to the Broome County Humane Society.
