Charles R. McElwain

Charles R. McElwain, 66, of Binghamton passed away on September 28, 2021. He is predeceased by; his wife of 36 years, Cheryl; his parents, Dittie Jo and Donald R. McElwain. He is survived by; his siblings, Andrew (Tina) McElwain and Molly Jo (Ben) Clark and their families; brother-in-law, Robert Reinhardt; several cousins, nieces and nephews . Chuck and Cheryl lived together in Binghamton for 37 years.  He enjoyed woodworking, electronics and anything he could get his hands on. Chuck spent his final years with friends he made at Dundee's and his beloved dog Sophia.
