Frank H. Waite

Frank H. Waite, 90, of Binghamton, NY, passed away at his home on March 6, 2026. Born in November 1935, in the Town of Stockton, NY, he was the son of the late Ralph Waite and Cora (Harris) Waite and was also predeceased by his brother, Lawrence Waite and his nephew Walter Waite Jr.  He is survived by: his brother, Walter Waite; several nieces and nephews. Frank proudly served in the United States Army as an Intelligence Officer beginning in 1959 and was honorably discharged in February 1965.  He retired after 42 years as Vice-President of Finance for Security Mutual Life Insurance Company in Binghamton.
