Gaylord R Olmstead

Gaylord Raymond “Jack” Olmstead, 88, of Vestal, NY, passed away on June 3, 2025. Known forever as "Jack" by his friends. He was born in Montrose, PA, he graduated from Syracuse University and served honorably in the U.S. Navy.  He is survived by; his son, Eric Olmstead; his daughter, Tonya Olmstead Boezi; Daughter In Law, Wendy OLmstead; Son In Law Brian Boezi and Grandsons Kyle Olmstead and Anthony Boezi.  His life and service will be remembered with deep respect by his family and those who knew him. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Starfire Sports, a children's charity that was important to him.
