Jeffery J. VanOstrand

Jeffrey J. VanOstrand, 61, born and raised in Windsor, NY passed away unexpectedly July 29, 2022 at his home in Endicott, NY. Jeffrey is predeceased by his parents Robert and Ina (Newmire) VanOstrand, brother Robert and his wife Vicky, sister Doris (Kohlbach) and her husband Richard. He is survived by his daughter Lindsey and her fiance Jon Gray, granddaughter Lillian, sisters Patricia (Koven), Virginia (Quinn) and her husband Don,  Carol (Hawley) and her husband John, brothers Richard and Roger as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. 

A Celebration of Life will be held Thursday, September 1, 2022 from 4-7pm at Lester Baptist Church, Hoadley Hill, Windsor, NY.
