Julie Ann (Snow) Garren, 68, of Windsor passed away on May 26, 2024, at Wilson Memorial Hospital in Johnson City. She was predeceased by; her parents, Alfred & Florence Snow; brothers, Wayne Snow & Steven Snow; sisters, Chris Mosher & Laura Wood; and a nephew, Patrick Wood. She is survived by; her husband, David Garren; stepsons, Jason & Jeffery Garren; brother, Alan (Gigi) Snow; sister, Connie (Peter) Mausolff; many nieces, nephews, great-nieces & great-nephews, and cousins. She is also survived by her extended family (Dave’s family), Irene Earl, Cathy & Chaz Ubell, Tina Coviello, Rob Perez & Jacob Coviello and Jordyn Scone. She retired from Vail-Ballou Printing and Publishing in Kirkwood, NY. She loved to read books, camp in the great outdoors, the color purple, and her cat, Bandit. She was loved. She will be dearly missed.
