Kathleen Picciano

With her family by her side, Kathleen J.  Picciano (Conway) 67, of Endicott, passed away peacefully on June 29, 2023. She is survived by her loving husband, Bruce, her children Matt Smith (Casey), Carly Nichols (Kevin), and Kayla Picciano (Dustin), her grandchildren, Samuel, Benjamin, John, Annabeth, Talon, Camden, Adysen, Hazelyn, and Owen. She is also survived by her Mother, Joanne Waltz, siblings Pat, Kevin (Cindy), Shawn (Cindi), Michael (Laura), Colleen (Mike), and Lori, several beloved nieces and nephews, and many close friends, including Mark George. 

Kathy made friends everywhere she went, and always lent a kind ear. She always wanted to know how you were doing, and loved a good practical joke, which she continued to play on her children up until her passing. Her laughter was contagious. We are blessed with so many memories that we will carry with us. Simply put, she was the best and will be missed by many. 

A celebration of Kathy’s life will be held on September 2nd, 2023 at the Family Life Church in Vestal. The family will receive friends from 1-2, with a service immediately following. 

The family would like to thank the wonderful staff at Wilson hospital, especially Julia and Lance, as well as Mercy House for their compassionate care. Several close friends and family members stepped in to support her family during the difficult moments leading to and following her passing, and to them we are forever grateful.
