Malcolm Clayton Hess II

Malcolm Clayton Hess, 64, of Binghamton, Formerly of Deposit, NY succumbed to an overwhelming desire to be free of life's encumbrances on March 1, 2021.  Malcolm was predeceased by his father Peter A. Hess, survived by his mother Shirley Hess, two brothers Peter B. and Matthew Hess and their families, and a special cousin David Hess.  He is also survived by his partner of 22+ years, Patricia Yenik and her children and granddaughters; close friends Rod Beagel and John Darling, and was a friend and father figure to many more.

Malcolm had a great sense of humor, a love for life, served in the Army as an MP, enjoyed outdoor sports, was an avid reader, history buff and lifelong learner.  He loved teaching kids about sports and construction trades.  Per Malcolm's request there will be no services.  Condolences may be expressed at www.SavageFS.com.  Malcolm would love for those willing to donate time and effort educating children in a trade, especially ones less fortunate than you, who could use that extra kindness.  Those wishing, can make donations in Malcolm's memory to the American Cancer Society. Arrangements entrusted to Savage-Demarco Funeral Service, 338 Conklin Avenue, Binghamton, NY
