Mary Carmel Boardman  

1962 – 2026

Mary took the hand of her Savior, Jesus Christ, on March 8 and was ushered into God’s Kingdom after a two-year battle with cancer. God’s grace placed her at Mercy House in Endicott for the past few weeks.

Mary was an artist with a passion for painting, building small villages, and watching sunsets from the porch.
She is survived by her husband, Clifford; son Musa Yusuf and his wife Minel; daughters Renee Payne and her husband Troy, and Sarah O’Shea; brothers Shawn, Pat, and Joe; her loving brother, Terry O’Shea; sister Sharon King and husband Larry; and many grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, Pat and Marie O’Shea of Troy, NY, and her sister Eileen.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, March 14 at 11:00 AM  at Landmark Church, 126 Court Street, Binghamton, NY 13901. Arrangements are entrusted to Savage-DeMarco Funeral Service.
