Mary Hamilton Obituary

Mary (Tarsia) Hamilton, 99, of Binghamton went to be with the Lord on January 17, 2026.  She was greeted in heaven by her husband of 53 years, Morris R. Hamilton, Sr.; her grandson, Morris (Rick) Hamilton III; and her siblings, Susan, Joseph, Rose, Antoinette, and Ralph.  She is survived by her children, Carolyn & Dominick Nanni, Morris & Carla Hamilton, and Ronald & Kathy Hamilton; 9 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; siblings Phillip and Joan; several nieces, nephews and cousins.

A role model for her family, Mary lived a life of faith, unconditional love, and hard work.  She was a life-long member of The Church of Saints John and Andrew.  She was retired from McIntosh Lab.  In addition to treasured memories of time spent with her, many have blankets she lovingly crocheted. She was an avid fan of the NY Yankees and her pizzelles were a family favorite. She will be dearly missed.

A Funeral Mass will be offered 11am Thursday January 22 at Sts. John & Andrews Church 1263 Vestal Ave Binghamton, NY 13903. The family will receive friends at the church from 10am until the time of service. Burial will be private with her husband at Calvary Cemetery.  Please express condolences at http://www.SavageFS.com. . In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that you help someone in need, or make a donation to Catholic Charities or the National MS Society.
