Michael Wayne DiRenzo, 72, of Binghamton, New York, passed away peacefully on May 19, 2025 with the love and support of his family. Born on March 15, 1953, Michael was the beloved son of the late Joseph DiRenzo and Arlene DiRenzo. Michael is survived by; his son, Michael Joseph DiRenzo, and daughter-in-law Tonya Renea DiRenzo; his treasured granddaughters, Addison Payton DiRenzo and Madelyn Elyse DiRenzo; his siblings, Joseph DiRenzo, Shelly Johnson (Freddie Johnson), and Susan Lott (Don Lott); several nieces, nephews, and cousins along with extended family, and friends who will miss him deeply. He was a devoted father, proud grandfather, and cherished brother.
Michael was a member of the Susquehanna Valley Class of 1971. Michael will be remembered most for the loyal friendships he built with his coworkers, many of whom became lifelong friends. He shared countless lasting memories on the golf course and at the bowling alley, especially alongside his brother, with whom he shared a special bond. Above all, Michael was a deeply devoted father. His love and unwavering support for his son were evident in everything he did, and his pride in the man his son became was a cornerstone of his life.
The family will welcome friends on Tuesday, May 27, 2025 from 4:00PM - 5:30PM at Savage-DeMarco Funeral Service, located at 338 Conklin Ave., Binghamton, NY.
