Paul Joseph Bevin, 64, of Binghamton, went to be with the Lord on June 25, 2023. Paul was born in Astoria N.Y on March 8, 1959. He is predeceased by; his parents, Maud and Rodger Bevin; and his sister Tricia Berry. Paul is survived by: his two greatly loved sons, Bradley and his wife, Ariffa; and Christopher and his wife, Hazel; sister, Mary Bevin; and brothers, Rodger and Peter Bevin; his brother-in-law, John Berry; his best dog friend ,'Poppy'; many cousins, nieces, nephews, and a host of friends too many to mention; all of whom will miss him dearly.
Paul spent his early years in NYC before moving to Binghamton, but 'the city' was always the home of his heart! His greatest pleasures were times spent with his sons and other family; baseball - playing, coaching, and watching, and being outdoors. Paul was a man of deep faith. He believed the love of Christ as a parishioner of St John and Andrews Parish. He served as a Eucharist minister to people without a home, and he had his own little street ministry, sharing God's love with those less fortunate in his neighborhood.
Honoring Paul’s life there will be a Catholic Mass offered at 10am July 8, 2023 at Sts. John & Andrew Church on Vestal Ave in Binghamton with Msgr. Michael Meagher officiating. The family will receive visitors at the church from 9am until time of service. Condolences may be expressed at www.SavageFS.com. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to St Jude's Children Hospital or your local Humane Society. Arrangements entrusted to SAVAGE-DeMarco Funeral Service.
