Richard C. Singer

Richard C. Singer, 76, of Endwell and formerly of Allentown, PA and Bismarck, ND passed away January 11, 2022.  He is survived by; his wife, Frances; his son Marc; his sisters Audrey and Linda; and his brother Scott; his grandchildren Gabrielle, Alexandra and CJ; several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his son Richard; his parents, Calvin and Gretchen; his brother Barry; and his sisters, Claudia and Cheryl.  He was an active member of the Vietnam Veterans of America.  He was also a member of The American Legion, the Veterans of Foreign Wars, and the Marine Corps. League.  He enjoyed reading and working on projects in his garage.  In lieu of flowers, please donate to a local chapter of the Vietnam Veterans Association of America.
