Rudy Hektor

Rudolf L.  Hektor, 97 passed away at the Susquehanna Nursing Home Sunday, June 27, 2021.  He was predeceased by; his wife of 66 years, Pauline and son Rudy; brothers, Karl and Joseph.  He is survived by; son, Alan Hektor; daughter-in-laws, Judith and Doreen; grandchildren, Carolyn, Theresa, Kathleen, Jason, and Amy; great-grandchildren, Taylor, Connor, Samantha, Rudy, Thomas, Adam, Christopher, Juliana and Jacob; great-great-grandchildren, Jax and Torin; Sisters, Millie and Rosemary; many loving several nieces, nephews, and cousins.  He dedicated over 73 years to Hunter Safety in Broome County, was a WWII Army Air Corp veteran, and a member of the NY State Outdoorsman Hall of Fame.

A Funeral Mass will be offered for Rudolf at Sts. John’s & Andrew’s Church at 11 am Friday July 2, 2021. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.
