Stu enlisted in the U.S. Navy at the age of 17 years, was a proud WWII Veteran, and served in the U.S. Naval Reserves for many years. After the war he returned to work in the family roofing & sheet metal business, Sullivan, Bros & Lent and enjoyed success in his own roofing and sheet metal business, C.S. & K. Stu was an avid golfer who enjoyed many good times with all his golfing buddies with goals of shooting his age each year as well as a hole in one which he achieved. He was a member of St. Paul’s Catholic Church. Stu was a multi gallon blood donor, and contributed to countless charities. He was known for his industrious nature, sense of loyalty to his children, his humor, and most significantly, his kind and generous heart.
