Timothy A Smith

Timothy A Smith, 58, of Harpursville NY died Monday, January 27, 2025 at Wilson Hospital.  He was also lovingly known as T-bird, T-bone, Timmy, Dad, Grampa, Uncle T and Tim.  He was predeceased by; his beloved parents His father, Willard(Woody) Smith; his mother, Dianne Smith; and his best friend  brother B (Bernard) Smith of Susquehanna Pa.  He is survived by his loving family; his wife of 38 years, Stasia; their son, Joshua Smith and his partner Makayla. And their daughter, Lauren Smith and her partner Steve Soderstrom; a close nephew, Brock (Traci) Smith, also 3 precious grandchildren, Cadence Smith, Aiden Smith, and Molly (Moo) Smith that he adored and he felt loved by them in return; His large family of brothers and sisters whom he loved very much, Gary & (Jill) Smith, Judy Consla &(Dan Boughton), Ricki Smith, Sharon & (Doug) Phillips, Kelly & (Rob) Bibbins, Vickie & (Marty) Hines, Susan Smith & (Fred Barnes) His father-in-law and mother-in-law whom he had a very close relationship with for 38 years, James and Katherine Norton; his brother-in-law and friend Jeff Norton; many, many, loved nieces, nephews.
 
He served honorably with the Honesdale National Guard, completing his tour of 6 years and received an honorable discharge.  He was a hardworking man that worked in concrete construction and then at  a local sawmill for many years finally retiring a few years ago.
