He leaves behind his wife, Cheryl, whom he had been married to since January 23rd, 1982, and their son, Thomas, born April 1st, 1983. He is survived by sisters Joellyn Bradley and Irene Philips, brothers-in-law Tom Neddo Jr. and Gary Neddo, and sister-in-law Adelle Warren. Nephews and Niece: Joe Goodrich, Tim Warren, Michael Warren, Andrew Neddo, and Katrina Warren. Great nephews and nieces: Jeremy, Naucika, Jaiden, Madyson, Sidney, Kaidynce, Connell, and Kinsley. William Goodrich lived a life devoted to helping people and working at many Southern Tier race tracks. Often found with a coffee in hand, many race car drivers were greeted by Bill as they entered the pits, as he has worked as a track official for 27 years at tracks like PennCan, Five Mile Point, Thunder Mountain, Outlaw, Skyline, and Afton. Before he became an official, he raced Pure Stocks at Five Mile Point and Thunder Mountain from 1997 to 2006. He was also a longtimeemployee at Cooks Brothers.

A celebration of life will be announced at a later time. Arrangements entrusted to SAVAGE-DeMarco Funeral Service.
